The three 'on's' are core to our website design and online marketing services, and dictate everything we do.

To make sure all our jobs are produced on budget we always do a thorough scoping at the start of every project. Then we agree timescales, software and costs up front. And once we agree them, we stick to them. No nasty surprises.

On time means delivering everything we promised at the exact time we promised it. Because web is not driven by the same media deadlines as say, print or exhibition design, projects can often drag on, leaving original deadlines some way behind in the distance. That's not the way we work. We never over promise. We just over deliver.

Design

The designers in our digital studio are amazingly talented, and their talents are amazingly diverse.

Because of this, we are able to mix multiple disciplines into our web site design solutions, giving them a real competitive edge. These range from broadcast quality motion graphics, 3D visualisation and animation, to corporate identity and brochure design.

The way we approach web site design is always via thorough scoping and development process. This ensures our solutions are both achievable and objective driven. We then choose the most appropriate blend of the many mediums available, such as Flash, Video and Shockwave to create compelling sites that are as engaging as they are accessible.

E-Strategy and planning

We think about where they are, what they think, what they are doing and who they are doing it with. Then we think how and where we can target, surprise, motivate and inspire them. We also think like our clients, and work closely with them to develop an appropriate, workable strategy that we can ultimately be measured against - which they tend to like.

To ensure website usability and accessibility for all customers, we apply our ‘Personas and Scenarios’ thinking. In essence this looks at all the different types of people visiting the site and their reasons for visiting, then ensures that all their journeys are made as simple, direct and rewarding as possible.

Development

At Ripe we like to give our clients the ability to control and update their sites as and when they need to. We do this by incorporating our own user-friendly content management system and web development platform ‘Sequoia’. Trust us, it is a lot easier than it sounds.

Other functionality we are experienced in developing includes scalable customer-relationship management databases. These can turn a website into a sophisticated research and information gathering tool, providing invaluable marketing insights.
