Built around two man-made lakes, Puerto Venecia covers over 206,000 million sq ft of retail, leisure and public space, incorporates over 250 outlets and is Europe's largest destination of its kind.
Ripe were tasked with ensuring this unique development had maximum impact at MAPIC 2008. Ripe also considered the longevity of such marketing, bearing in mind delegates would be inundated with material that would ultimately have to be carried around for the rest of the event.
A printed hand out was produced small enough to fit in pockets but also unfolded to a much larger size in order to create the required impact whilst conveying all relevant information. The piece was housed within a holographic dust jacket that worked well with the strapline ‘soon things will all become clear’.
A website was also produced for MAPIC that visitors were directed to via the printed hand out. Containing all key information about Puerto Venecia, the site communicated clearly the expansive offering and sheer scale of the development, positioning it as the premier destination for retail, leisure and commercial tenants.
Enquiries from the event were high, resulting in a high level of enquiries and ultimately conversions of many of the retail and commercial units on offer.
