Muse developments is the result of a rebrand of AMEC Developments, a global property development company and part of the AMEC Group.
Brief
AMEC Developments had reached a point where they felt their name, look and feel were no longer communicating their product offering or any of their brand values. Ripe were appointed to completely rebrand the company within very short timescales.
Solution
What did Ripe do? Everything. Within 3 weeks, Ripe had taken the brief, implemented a robust branding process and produced all literature, signage and internal and external promotional/awareness material. The name, Muse is an evolution of ‘mixed use’ whilst our logo is designed to highlight the company’s forward-thinking values.
Result
Staff induction days ensured the identity was adopted and embraced by all members of the company, absolutely critical to the implementation of any new brand. Muse are now recognised as a modern, future facing property development company operating at the forefront of the ever changing and ever challenging mixed-use property sector.
